Adeleke disclosed this while speaking on The Moraya Show, where she discussed how wealthy families manage money and her role in monitoring Davido’s finances.
According to her, she and Davido hold weekly financial meetings to review his spending and ensure he keeps track of how his money is being used.

“Me and Davido would sit and have a finance meeting every week because I think it is important for him to know how his money is being spent,” she said.
Adeleke said she had specifically advised her brother to stop acquiring more expensive cars, suggesting that his spending on luxury vehicles was an area requiring greater restraint.
Her comments come shortly after Davido disclosed during a livestream with streamer Davrel that he had paid $11 million for a custom-made Bugatti, which he said was expected to be delivered to Nigeria.

Adeleke also addressed the perception surrounding children from wealthy families, popularly described as “nepo babies”, saying they often receive significant support and assets from their parents but may not have unlimited access to cash.
She said such children could receive education, land and properties from their parents but were expected to utilise those assets to build their own wealth.
